Founded in 1970, Cooperativa Pacífico has established itself as one of Peru’s leading financial institutions, recognized for its values of trust and solidarity. Its main objective is to provide financial services that drive the economic and social development of its members. However, its trajectory faced a crucial challenge: the digitalization of its credit processes, which were carried out manually, slowly, and bureaucratically.
