The decision to implement Deyel initially emerged from the need to reduce manual work. How? By automating those processes that were “slowing down” daily operations.

Flybondi’s rapid expansion highlighted several difficulties in the customer service area, such as the lack of agility in their processes and limited visibility of management indicators. Initially, the project focused on automating internal requests that covered a wide range of corporate needs:

1. Purchase request management: Previously, each area managed its requests manually, which created inefficiencies. With Deyel, applications were created so each area could generate and authorize requests, complete with a formal approval flow and automatic email notifications. The solution proved agile and customizable, adapting to business needs with very fast initial implementation.
2. Travel management: Travel management for employees was handled through emails, resulting in loss of traceability and incomplete action records. With Deyel, travel requests were incorporated into a predefined authorization process, enabling the management area to assign tasks to different team members. This provided full tracking and detailed records of every action, with excellent feedback from end users.
3. Financial project management: Flybondi needed a tool to track financial projects that would help detect budget or timeline deviations—something difficult to achieve manually. With the provided solution, a process was created to register projects and milestones, and automatic deviation alerts were configured. They obtained full visibility through a portal where each user could see project status whenever needed.
