BAM

Video duration 15:51

Deyel includes reports that let you analyze how processes and their tasks perform, both historically through Process Analysis and using information about those currently running through BAM – Business Activity Monitoring. These predefined reports help you observe and understand how processes work and identify potential improvements. They summarize the behavior of processes and their tasks, allowing you to identify what was completed on time or late, deviations from maximum and expected durations, participant performance, bottlenecks, and more.
Information is displayed in grids and charts. In all cases, you can drill down into the information to the level of a process, task, performer, date range, or case. You can generate multiple views of the information by navigating across multiple dimensions, such as time, priorities, participants, initiators, and case and task statuses, among others.
