Business Social Networking - Tedis

Tedis is the business social network used by Deyel, designed to improve communication and collaboration within the organization. It allows for fast, intuitive messaging integrated with Deyel applications.

Main Features

 

Chats: They allow the exchange of instant notifications, streamlining user communication.

 

Conversations associated with objects: They allow to leave messages in chats related to different Deyel objects.

 

Comments on cases: Comments on a specific case can be recorded, with this information remaining as part of the case and visible to all participants. This facilitates collaboration and makes processes more efficient. This mechanism allows, for example, making queries to other users without the need to hand the case over to them for formal intervention.

 

Comments on processes: They facilitate communication between the participants of a case and those responsible for such processes, allowing for suggestions and improvements.

 

Comments on entities and forms: They allow users to interact, collaborate and discuss each instance. It is also possible to show conversations related to associated cases, with the aim of tracking entities or forms and understanding user interactions.

 

Subscriptions: Through the subscriptions, each user may choose to receive news about comments related to the object of interest. This allows quick tracking of new comments without having to show a particular case, entity or form.

 

Commands: It is possible to start processes from the chat using commands. To do this, all you have to do is define a process with a start event by command, and  then associate the process command with one or more bots.
