Documentation 9.3

Every modeled entity is built with six predefined fields. These fields provide generic behavior to each entity within the application and are required, so they cannot be removed.

The predefined fields are:

Identifier

Instance Owner

Audit Fields

- Creation User

- Creation Date

- Last Modified User

- Last Modified Date

Features

By default, these fields are not displayed directly in the entity modeling area. To access their properties, select the option design “Fields", where it is possible to select the editing option on the line of each field to modify its configurable properties.

At the modeling level, they provide the following capabilities:

Display: Can be used from the option design "Grid and Filters", as columns in the entity display grid and as search filters.

Structure: Cannot be deleted or defined within multiple-occurrence containers.

These characteristics ensure both the proper functioning of the platform's internal features and the consistency and security of the information being managed.

Field Descriptions

Identifier

Assigns a unique and sequential numerical value that uniquely identifies each instance of the entity. It is possible to model some of its visual and descriptive properties (such as its label, name or visibility), but not its structural behavior nor its data type.

Instance Owner

It allows each entity instance to be associated with a specific application user through an implicit relationship with the entity User of the platform. This field is essential for security management and is directly related to the concept of “Data Privacy”.

Audit Fields

They are intended to automatically record the lifecycle and management of entity instances, making it possible to determine which user performed an action and the exact time it occurred.

These fields are managed and completed internally by the platform to ensure information traceability, and individually comprise:

Creation User: Records the user that created the instance.

Creation Date: Records the exact date and time when the instance was created.

Last Modified User: Registers the last user that updated the instance.

Last Modified Date Records the exact date and time of the last update.
